Our New Year Weekend in Bend, Oregon

Our New Year Weekend in Bend, Oregon

There's something about being around people that care to ring in the New Year. This year, I was glad to be welcoming in 2018 in Bend, Oregon with my boyfriends family. For three days, we were able to spend some time in the hidden gem of Oregon, and one of my personal favorites. From hiking in the snow, to ice skating in the Pavilion, we spent three days enjoying quality time to reflect on 2017 and look forward to what the New Year has to bring.

Bucket List: Bungy Jump

Bucket List: Bungy Jump

As I shuffled out to the edge of the bridge, my heart was pounding and my mind was racing. I was standing at the world’s first commercial Bungy operation opened at the Kawarau Bridge in November 1988. Many people have jumped before me and many will jump after. But at that point, it was my turn. I was a part of the birth of tourism in New Zealand.
